Linn Paravyan

Co-Founder of Urvakan Festival


As a researcher, cultural policy advocate and entrepreneur in the cultural field, Linn has implemented socio-cultural initiatives to boost cultural and economic development. She co-founds the Urvakan Festival, one of the region’s leading creative platforms dedicated to contemporary music, art and urbanism.
Urvakan aims to put Armenia on the map of countries with world festivals and provides an equal opportunity for local and international artists and specialists with various backgrounds, to express themselves and build dialogues between neighboring cultures.


Frank Klaffs

Music agent at Piranha Arts, Consultant at WorldmusicExpo WOMEX


Frank Klaffs has been active in the global music industry for over 25 years. His first experience as a chief coordinator at the Gee Street Records, Piranha Musik and Label-Commission Berlin included a network of more than 100 independent music companies in Berlin. In 1993, Frank Klaffs took over the role of Music agent at Piranha Arts AG, introducing new sounds and musicians to the world. In addition, he worked as a consultant at the Worldwide Music Expo, WOMEX, a networking event for musicians.

Lucy Evans

Project Manager, In Place of War


Lucy is a Project Manager who has worked within music and live-event production since 2014. Over the past 7 years, Lucy has worked with the award-winning Arcadia Spectacular, helping coordinate the Arcadia arena at Glastonbury festival and touring their shows across the UK, Europe, USA, China, Australia and Asia and has collaborated with local teams on projects around the world. She joins In Place of War in 2021 to project-manage Around the World in 80 Raves.


Lucineh Kassarjian

Advisor to the non-profit organizations


Lucined Kassarjian is co-founder and CEO of Sensyan Club, former Country Director of Armenia Tree Project, Co-Founder of ReAnimania Festival and Co-Founder of RepatArmenia. She has co-founded and has been involved in numerous cultural projects across Armenia.
